Just make you're regular water. then make another layer of water, except make it one unit thin and then hit the "rotate on Y axis" button twice. then put your water layer underneath the top of the other water layer, but keep a 1 unit wide space in between the two layers. then when you're underwater in game it will look like the surface water texture from underwater. that's what they were saying.


[eek] OOOHHH!!!, I got it, and I just got my first real mirror effect.

I've made a bathroom with a couple mirrors on the wall using one of my own glass textures, and it works the same way, so you can see backwall and some other stuff as you moving, the only thing is you can not see your self but its funny.

getting the player's position and angle - possible

spawning a model and run animations on it - possible

let this model move like the character in front of a "mirror" but inversed - [casanova]


ok, the gun would be wrong-handed, any way to flip a model?

(only an idea...)

It sound interesting, but it should be a diferent character by player, 'cause theres "Germmans" , "British", & "Americans" Soldiers, but your idea is not bad at all, I think.!

Only a problem it just happening right now after test. When I walk in front of the mirror, the stuff copied turns invisible some times or depend on the angle where I'm.
Any idea?
