Ok I've made my map and made an arena file, and followed the tutorial to make an iwd file, but when i zip the file it is like 63kb big, when the map is like 4 mb big, any help?

Also can you use winRar to zip them?

First off, you should use WinRar to make IWDs, it's a little better than zipping. Just select all of the files like you would normally for WinRar and set the name but make sure the extension is .iwd and you're good to go!

Don't worry about the size, one of my maps is 9 megs and the .iwd is only 1 meg.

OK I think I fixed that problem, now when I got to create a multiplayer server, the map isn't there..

ok I got it loaded up, but not by the list, but when I join, one of my textures is just blue and green squares...

This is because you use a custom texture made by you or ( what I'm sure ) you made your map with custom maps in your main. When you map your main should be clean, no mods no custom maps.

Now if you want to use the texture that is missing in your map. You will have to add them to your materials and images folder of your iwd.
