I've already seen a lot of photos of weird death bugs... the AI models being stretched out.

I'm still downloading... 44% @ 120kb/s.

WOW over one gig! (for those in the US)
nullFew tips for coding.
1. Keep the script as short as possible.
2. Don't comment every line. Only comment portions where they may be needed to point something out.
3. Don't over complicate the script, keep it organized and easy to read.

These help you find simple errors and makes it easy to make changes.

I'm out of town (and thus away from my gaming rig) for the next few days, but I'm too excited about this game to wait, so I'd be very interested to hear the initial impressions of people that have played the demo.

So, please: speak up!

lol It's bigger than a gig... and it's only a demo!

I thought it was really fun and it really made me feel like I was there. At first it seems better than Call of Duty 2, but the awkward controls are weird.

Right click and hold it to go into ADS: then hold shift to walk, or hold A/D to lean with ADS, or press down to duck with ADS.
I haven't figured out how to melee yet just by playing and pressing buttons, I'll have to check control setup.

AI... aren't that great, and I hate how they spawn... right in front of your view. I was running up a stairs and into an outdoor hall and I saw a German spawn right in front of me. Same for the Allies.

Airdropping is fun... you actually have to do a combo to land right otherwise you f--k up your drop and fall flace flat and it takes a bit longer to get up and untie your chute. Good stuff.

The weapons are great (firing, sounds, etc...)... but I felt the cross hair gets in the way when you want to go into ADS really fast.

Oh, and no anti-aliasing option in the game... so most of the brushes/models in the game have this crappy rim to them. [sleeping]

And there are a lot of death bugs with the AI... like I've killed a few Germans and they fall over but their hands stay in the same place before they died and the model stretches.

Overall... 8.5/10.
Debating whether to shed the $50 for the retail game... I might regret it after I buy it, especially since MP wasn't all that great according to reviews. [ohwell]
