Just put in "C:\windows\system32\" Open "My Computer" go to the folder WINDOWS then open SYSTEM32 and put it there! And you should be good to go!

Im guessing at this point that you have put the file mentioned above in your windows/system32 folder. Now, when you launch the multiplayer you have to right click on the icon or launching button and choose "Run as Administrator". As I mentioned above everything you do now with Call of Duty, radiant, mp all have to be done this way. It is the way it is with Vista.
