Kenn Hoekstra, formerly of Raven software who developed the first two Soldier of Fortune games, has confirmed that the third is in the making. However... and this is important... it is not being worked on by Raven Software. Activision Value is the publisher of this game. There aren't many more details about it.. but that publisher's name should say plenty.
