Hi! I've got this vehicle problem after following this tutorial http://www.modsonline.com/Tutorials-read-348.html . My jeep just stands there, with no actors to be seen, and it don't want to move at all. The example file worked fine, I copied it all to my own map just to see if it worked but it didn't ( everything exept the path, so I assume thats the problem ).

I also wonder how to get a tank into the map? Is it the same way as usual vehicles or do I have to do something different? Is there any tutorial of how to get tanks into my map?

First off you gotta make sure that when you compile the map with the Cod2 Compile tools that the following box is checked:

"Connect paths"

That little checkbox needs to be checked or else jeeps and stuff won't move.

Second make sure that your Starting node in radiant has "Start Node" selected (from the Entity box). Make sure that each node (including the starting node) has a key of "Speed" and a value of whatever speed you want. If you don't have a speed it may not work right.

And also make sure that all of your nodes are Connected.

connect paths checked, start node checked, paths connected but how am I supposed to connect them? Like:

Vehicle -> Node -> Node -> Node -> Node

Or like all the nodes to the last node? :S I have the 1st one on my map

Connect them like that and it should work. Also do you have a trigger starting the vehicle moving, or does it just start when the map starts?

tried to make it as simple as possible, start when map starts. Or, 2 secs later according to the tutorial's .gsc file which I also ripped

Make sure your vehicle keys and values are exacly the same as your GSC.[exclamation]

it would be great if someone could like help me, I send my map, and you tell me what's wrong, I'm kinda new to mapping and as it seems, I don't gonna figure it out...
