i am making a new map and i have a problem. I made a hedge around the house but when you walk near you can see through.

Here is a SS of the problem.
So how to make a hedge that things are not seen through?

Please help.[wink]

save the texture as a dds DXT1 and convert it in the asset manager with default settings.

Why not just make serveral brushes on eachother and shift the texture so you dont have the gap between it.

Unless you're concerned with frame rates, why don't you use two hedge models back to back in that area? It looks as though players will be able to go around to the other side, that's why I suggest using models.

Having just a semi-transparent texture like that wrapped around your house is kinda cheesy, IMO, especially when players can interact so closely with it.

I would use models.
