dukeofnc, get hosting from x10hosting.com It isn't a scam, I have my account setup and everything, they have great support, I suggest getting that advanced plan since it has the best amount of bandwidth and space :)

Ya I tried setting up with them but they seemed really bugged when I registered.. took like 2 hours to get a confirm email, then I clicked it.. took another hour to get a confirmation I was setup and then when I tried to logon it said no such account??? real buggy, might just be a bad day for them..but thanks for letting me kknow that they work, and are legit,

I was just letting him know so he could get full control of cpanel and have more than 500mb. Also if you ask on the forums an administrator could set you up an account manually and do everything for you. They have just released v3 so they need to push out some air bubbles still. http://forums.x10hosting.com/ If you ask they will treat you as if you are their only customer, I had problems registering so I asked Corey and he did it all for me :) edited on Jun. 17, 2007 01:00 am by amrclutch1

All he needs is a place to put his CoD2 maps. He doesn't need a whole cPanel. Plus with my hosting I get unlimited space. So I will give him unlimited ftp..

There is no such thing as unlimited space, there just isn't a quota, if you use too much space he will end up capping it because he doesn't have unlimited space. Space and bandwidth is money.

Almost all hosting is reseller, 90 pecent of it is. He has a quota for his hosting, he can give it away, if he get a lot of customers he only has a limited space before he has to by more from his host.
