Ok this is the way I would fix. Well the best suggestions. 1. Disk Defragement and Disk Cleanup 2. Open start menu - run and type in regedit. A browser should appear DELETE anything having to do with CoDRadiant, you do this at your own risk. 3. Re-Install CoD 1 or 2. 4. Contact Microsoft or IW to make SURE that CoDradiant is totally compatiable with Vista. 5. Get rid of un-needed programs, and files. I would suggest best chances would be # 1 & 2 I'm not responsible for any harm done to you or the computer following #2. Don't bother complaining to me you take all risk to do it yourself, all responsibilites go to you and you only. Neither is ModsOnline responsible. (Note: Not responsible for anything wrong to you or the computer, operationg system, or anything to do with your computer.) That was all to cover my bum. Hope that helps.

Alright, you went a bit over board with the obnoxious disclaimer there, but I've decided to just deal with my problem. Thanks for the help anyways. Thanks to everyone who replied.

I found that Radiant crashed with Vista when attempting to save - because User Account Control wouldn't allow it to write to the HD. Turning UAC off stopped this CTD from happening.
