lol im gettin used to this modeling stuff [cool]

kill3r did u make that railgun? if so did u put ur own animations in and stuff? and that purple bit dod u get that texture to like move around or w/e, i wana know if u can like make an efx where one part of my model is like alpha green and animates little things....not sure if possible

btw, i still havnt got the converter to work ):

go to task manager (ctrl + alt + delete) and go to the processes tab and right click on the process you want to change
i think thats how you do it, i dunno, i got single core

no, i didnt make it and i didnt do any animations, quake3 models are in md5 format which milkshape can open easily.
the purple i did with a skin and i made a new shader stype thingy so it 'scrolls' and the blue part glows (ya can see it easier in the second piccy)

Just in case it is something else, I have checked a web site and I am downloading all the upgrades for my computer, about 300MB of stuff.

And since I do not know how to assign a single core to a process that is not in the task manager until you start it and when you start it, it crashes. So, no time to alter anything.

Oh well. Just ordered some more books to help my designing along, hope it is worth it.

right then, ive done some more models from quake 3.. now theres 2 problems, the muzzle flash and brass ejects dont work ):
ive got the tags an stuff all in the right places, just no fx plays, ive even tried to use the elephant tank muzzle flash and it dont say could not load fx in console...
