Have you tried searching on Google?

I don't know what a QVM file is, but you could always try opening it with notepad?

Edit: Upon further research, a QVM file is a Quake Virtual Machine file, and it is bytecode compiled in C. I hear that C or C++ editors can view QVMs, but not efficiently, and I'm not sure if they can be recompiled to QVM format after editing. You should look into getting the source code for a QVM compiler somewhere online.

Theres a reason QVM's are compiled....so they can't be decompiled lol. If you want to learn to mod and create qvm's get hold of the 1.03 unofficial source code [tongue] .

A qvm file is just compiled C/C++ source code of usually the cgame and game folders. I did a bit of modding a while back enabling 3rd but can't really remember that much now lol
