You can actually convert them over and all you would have to do is re texture the maps and put in different models but it is a pain to do so. To do so you have to open the .map file in notepad and manually change the textures to UO textures as well as some other things. Patches are harder to convert in that way for some reason. If you search the site I'm sure you can find out how to do it, I would do it but I don't have a lot of time right now.

Yeh but the point is you need the .map file, and the only one you'll get from CoD2 is Matmata.
