O snap, i didnt realize people still posted in this thread until i checked my email today.

Ya, the mag. is suppose to be round like that on that type of style tommy gun.

I havent worked on this gun in a while nor have i modeled in a while. So, the tommy gun is still untextured. If anyone knows how to UV Map/ Texture then i can sedn them the gun if they want.

texturing is 1/2 of making models, if you want to be an actual model maker then you'll want to learn to texture it.

you said you're using 3DS max right? well, if so, you won't be able to upload it into CoD unless you get hold of the correct plugin which i'm not even sure there is one. but ya. for future models you'll probably want to use Milkshape like I do. matter of fact, I'm making a .50cal sniper rifle now. but i'm not good with efx...
