Hi,

I have built a map etc etc, created an iwd file, loaded it up with loadsreen etc and that is fine.

When the map loads, i am locked in one place, in spectate and canot move.

There are 3 spoint points on each side of the map and they are all above ground level.

Also it says it is defaulting to DM and not loading TDM which is also going to be a pain.

In the .arena file it does say gametype "tdm" but still no joy.

ANy help from you bunch of geniuses would be great, thanks guys.

Are you sure you made TDM spawns and not DM or something?

They are TDM spawns.

If you have a arena file, you can run your map from Start New Server with TDM gametype.

Forgot to mention too that when i choose run selected map, the map runs fine and i can spawn in all the right places yet when i run it as an iwd i cannot spawn anywhere nor does it ask me which team i would like to join.

That is one way but a) i still cant spawn anywhere and b) not so good on the team server :)

Well the default gametype is DM, so if you ran it through console you would need to type /g_gametype tdm first

I dont want to have to go through all that when i load it on the server. The gametype is the minor issue at the minute, not being able to spawn anywhere is the major issue for now. Once I can run around the map then I can worry about the gametype, thanks luke :)
