Recently I had a lot of connection issues, and I really hate not to be able to use hammer while offline... it seems the files can't be copied on pc either ??

tough option to find. Try this: - close STEAM - disconnect from the internet - start STEAM Now you should be able to find a settings option somewhere that allows you to play offline.
