Recently there was a horrible event that took place in Virginia. 32 people died in a shooting and several more were injured. This is an awful event that occurred and our hearts here go out to those in the aftermath.

On the other hand, we have Jack Thompson who is using this as a stepping stool to further his career. We have below a link to JT talking to Fox News and telling them that video games is to blame for this and all other school shootings.

This guy is going to cause issues in the gaming market. He is purposely trying to stop all games from every being made and/or sold. If we don't speak out against his actions, we will lose one of the greatest forms of entertainment and one of the things we love to do most as a hobby (modding a playing games).

Make sure that everyone you know understands this about Jack Thompson.

what an ass - he takes any opportunity to hop on the "i'm more rightous than thou" bandwagon. Jack Thompsons lies are a frustrating work of fiction that only hold for personal vendetta - not anything more.

This is one of those things that makes me angry, simply because he has taken something so tragic and tried to benifit from it. How low can you really get to do something like that!? Another thing that i just have to say is despite how tragic the recent shooting was, how can it be proven even slightyly relevant to any game? Not just video games create violence. Maybe he should spend his time on something which may make a difference, like removing the guns from the US residents.. All due respect to anybody who feels differently to this but i can't see the point in being allowed to own a weapon when the outcome will never be good.. but anyway thats just me going off into my own little topic now :)

That's horrible how he can take something very big and trumatic and use it to his own agenda of pretty much brainwashing people into believing what he does. I think it's sick how he can do this, mere days after the event, everything fresh in poeple's mind.

Jack Thompson, again, makes himself look like a complete prick infront of millions of people in his pathetic attempt to get people to think his way.

He thinks way to highly of himself. It pisses me off that he can 1) Use this as leverage to keep his case alive and 2) Come out with this so close to the event even happening. Jese....
