Code: Steam.exe (main exception): CMultifieldBlob(pSerialized): Partial field header at end of record Well i compiled my map again and i tried to open it via gmod just because it's cool like that, and then my music skipped and it suddenly stopped then i heard my fan whirring down, my pc had crashed. This is my first time doing anything with Hl2 on this computer and idk wut's up. Now Steam wont start at all on my pc. Helps? edited on Apr. 6, 2007 10:14 pm by {RSE}ADMIN

I say try it a second time. I've seen this happen but could not repeat it exactly the same way. Restarting fixes the issue. It's like STEAM forgets where to find needed files and crashes everything. As far as working with Gary's Mod, I never have so I can't really offer advice on that.

Well after restarting and reopening a bunch of time a msn friend messaged me back and told me to delete "ClientRegistry.blob" located in "C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam". it works perfectly now thanks anyway.
