what happen to the map pack ideas ?
i have made 30 to 40 kb map packs for my server
i would release them to ya but need many mappers yes[ok]s before i do something like that
heres a list of what my custom rotations are
the new maps running rotations in the server are
1 dc farm
2 anzio
3 bastogne
4 budapest
5 buhlert
6 chelm
7 cod dust
8 d day 7.2 beta
9 death star
10 el mechili
11 fenixreborn
12 harbor
13 matama night ------->COL.MAC redo
14 rhine
15 riverbase
16 seigfriedline[ westwall]
17 suicid creek
18 tcheadquarters
19 tilldusk ------->COL.MAC custom
20 zaafrane

no stock maps in rotation works fine

You don't need any authorization from anyone to make mappacks.
And, btw, isn't it 30 to 40 MB instead of Kb?

yes your right 37,34.31 and47 mb running 4 map packs they said you could only run 6 cutoms before i found that if you run 6 packs it will lock up on some stock maps 5 randum lock ups so i crammed it in to 43 days no lock ups ~! reset rotations to omly customs works great [once in a will a map will skip ,same map and i just let it ride ,if you keep changing map packs to fix the one lol it will just skip somthing else 19 maps though work great

Sorry for going slightly off topic, but Is there a tut/post anyway showing you how to make map packs?

you know im not sure, but you can take mine and open it with winrar and see how they are done there not that hard same as a single map iwd. if your a server owner its easy to test them to make sure they work ,as some dont rotate or skip. out of 25 maps it took me 8 hours to find desertville gliching my server in the pack and i like that map,but only works in a single iwd
