can you check and make sure that windows hasnt added and invisible .txt to the end of the .gsc file. It would look like mp_war.gsc.txt and that would just be wrong. It cant have the .txt on the end.

Top on the menu bar (from the explorer window on your pic) go to: Tools > Folder Options... From the Folder Options dialog select the tab: View Scroll down and un-check: Hide extensions for known file types Now you will see the correct file extension. After that, rename your gsc file from mp_war.gsc.txt to mp_war.gsc
