I dont need help knowing what this is, I just need help trying to fix it. How can I find the brush thats causing this error and fix it? Could someone help me out?

Usually caused from using the CSG subtraction tool, it's not an easy one to hunt down.

I don't remember, but the console might out put a brush number with the error. Then you can find the brush by it's number.

Otherwise you have to go through trial and error by removing what you think is bad and recompiling until you narrow down the section that is bad. [ohwell]

How can I find it by its number. A set of WARNING: Flipped triangle: ( 1152 479 610) ( 1152 479 576) ( 1152 479 610)

WARNING: Flipped triangle: ( 1152 479 -350) ( 1152 479 -384) ( 1152 479 -351)

comes up. Are those the brushes, and if so, how do I know which is which?

Those are brush faces. Each number is 3 points in a triangle.

You can come very close to finding the brush with those coordinates. They should lead you to a particular brush or group of brushes using the grid in radiant.
