about the D3DX9.dll

download the latest DirectX 9c, i might think u have it already, but there are different releases of it, latest it Feb. 2007

OK I KNOW I AM SO CLOSE. I just had it to teh point of were I was in game and to teh load map screen and boom. says This

Im not sure but it looks like you dont have a .gsc file for your map.

I do though. I have taken all my mods out of the folder and it dont even want to start up when I do that. I still dont know what fodlers should stay and what folders should go.
any sugestions.
