One of our forum rules forbids solicitation (blatant self promotion). So anytime someone creates a forum post that appears to do nothing but lead back to another site, the moderators are instructed to delete that post.

However, we have been seeing more and more posts that lead back to tutorials and other helpful information. Although the post may appear to be self promoting, it's secondary purpose may have been to assist others in the community.

This forum section is to allow posting of additional helpful (or sometimes humorous) links that lead off this site. The moderators still have the right to remove posts that they feel don't belong here. However, there is more freedom to post those links if that is the purpose of your post.
