After compile ,the map has places which are covered by dark or light sites and which should not be there.On the open district, player as though appears in a shadow. What can be a problem?

Any compile errors, especially in the lighting part? (if you're not sure, post your compile log)
Did you make a grid file?
Did you enter worldspawn settings?

Yes i've got world spawn settings.
What is the grid file?
Ecsept no colission map for some models,my complile log has this errors:

1) ok.. is your lighting part of the compile running ok?
2) there is a tutorial on grid files in the CoD2 section.
3) those may very well cause your error. It means either the brushes at those coordinates are VERY big.. endless to be exact.. so the compiler can't calculate a volume for them.. or be clipped brushes with all sides smaller than 1 unit. Go to those coordinates and select what's there. And then delete it.

You also have some custom maps in your main folder, move them to a temp folder or delete them.

After seeing your compile log, the first thing you must do is remove all custom maps and mods in your main folder.
ie.
D:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\zzz_mp_powcamp.iwd (22 files)
D:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\zzz_mp_depot_final.iwd (17 files
)
D:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\rnr_warehouse_beta2.iwd (24 file
s)
D:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\mtl_the_rock.iwd (25 files)
D:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\mp_simmerath_beta2.iwd (39 files
)
D:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\mp_dogreen_t3.iwd (13 files)

and try again.
This may or may not cure the problem but it is a very good starting point.

If you made odd cuts off the grid, you probably won't be able to see every single piece. Hide all large objects in that area (terrain/curve meshes, models, square brushes, triggers, etc..), draw out a large brush (very wide/long & tall), go to Selection > Select Complete Tall, then even if it doesn't look like it selected anything, press Backspace to delete any tiny brush fragments you might not be able to see.

If this does not help, try this:

Make a brush roughly in the area of your errors (0,0,0 in this case). Make sure it's NOT TOUCHING ANYTHING!

with it selected, rightclick Select->Select inside.

There now should appear a red line on the z-panel (to the left). Press backspace to delete it. That was the infinite brush you just deleted.
