Reinstalling doesn't automatically mean you've removed mods. Uninstall CoD and UO. Remove the CoD folders from your computer (this removes all the mods and custom maps you might have) Reinstall CoD, UO and the tools.

I now can use models in my map. Turns out my previous uninstall/delete then install wasn't "clean enough" I think I forgot to go back and delete any remaining folders, I think there was a conflicting file deleted this time when I did a full reinstall of cod, cod uo, and raydiant/graydiant. Thank you all for the advice given. I have models now! Yay!
