Actually, it looks more to me like CoD 5. The video looks like it's from a console and not from a PC. If this were CoD4, I would expect it to look more like a PC. However, they could be doing this on Vista and I don't know what that would look like in DX10. Whatever it is, it looks like it's part of the CoD series and it's definitely an early build.
