Hi ladies and gents.

as part of my ambition to help people make maps especially the new people who are finding it rather daunting to even start making a map. some of me and my friends one of whome is a experienced mapper for many years and has made some great maps for sof1 coduo and cod2. we have decided to put something back into the mapping community by helping people on a more personal basis. therefore to come along to this starter class you will need to answer yes to all of the below

1. are you new to mapping and haveing problems
2. do you want to start making your first map
3. are you over 16
4. do you have a mic and headset
5. are you a fast learner
and finally
6. do you have teamspeak

these classes will start this week. the first class is "how to install the editor and start creating your first room"

although these classes do not have any association with modsonline. we will be useing only tutorials examples and help files which are found at modsonline. so you will need to make sure you are registerd here and can login.

the first class is this sunday and every sunder thereafter. it will start at 7pm GMT on our teamspeak. it will last for 2 hours each week. please note what we do not need at this time are people who map and generally want to come and mess about. i am doing this to help people and to make this community grow bigger better. which in turn will produce some nice work for us all to enjoy.

during the 2 hours if anyone is found to be messing about and generally being a pain will be kicked banned from our teamspeak.

i will announce the ip and password to the 15 people which will form the first class on sunday via msn or xfire

each person is on a first come first serve basis the first class will have 15 slots you must come every week or your spot will be filled by someone else...........

Ok, I have quite abit of expierene, but would it be ok if I dropped by and maybe learn a thing or to that I havent learnt already?

well webber if your experienced and would like to help the new people to mapping any help would be thanked but onbly if your sure you would like to help out and not just have a go at the newer people to mapping. this isnt about who can map and who cannot its about helping people learn to map and enjoy the mapping community here at modsonline. i myself am still learning with every map i make

ok i sent you my xfire COL.MAC
i have all the cod2 mod tools loaded and working with a fresh cod2 game no maps or mods and it works ,radiant is up and works too i also have the blender that im reading and doing skybox and ground textures lol and im lost ,so add me on im ready to go for it, ill step back a few steps to learn hands on, and im a fast learner and i think this is a killer idea, as i learn much faster when talking direct while see it on my computer [im 45 yrs old], and run three servers for cod2. I have tested 300 +maps but not mine ,have many ideas ...
also if any one use's blender give me a buzz at jedigivens@msn.com as i have teamspeak ,xfire,msn messenger,and yahoo messenger and could use the help there as well thank you all .=TRA=COL.MAC

I used to use ICQ, and msn, but haven't found the need to.
