why did you have to install iTunes? can't you just fill it with MP3's that you ripped yourself?

Speaking of doing stupid things I bought a cell phone. It is a Sony Ericsson K790a and the software from it keeps causing my PC to blue screen repetitively.

YEah I remember when I broke down and got an ipod. At first I was disappointed with myself, but now I realize how cool it is. Its awesome that I can directly hook it up to my car stereo and its great while running.

I like it actually... The ear buds suck but I expected that... I'll get a pair of Ultimate Ears or Shure in the near future... Only thing that really bugs me is that I have to use itunes.... I don't like itunes... I would rather do a simple drag and drop / copy and paste than to use a specific software...

Not quite... I still HATE those Mac adds with the "young" dude and the "blue collar" type guy... Besides, it's not like I'm planning to buy a Mac... like EVER...

But I have to admit the Nano is "cute"... Navigation is easy... And the sound (with my Senn) is very good...

The other reason I bought one is because the other models they had in store were not what I was looking for... Most of them were Creative like the Zen Nano Plus (512 megs) and the Muvo FX 200 (1gig + in the most horrible kind of green I've ever seen). Some Sony "stick" (ugly + no display). I didn't want FM or voice recording... They had other models but they were not flash based. Small store, small choices... So for the price ($169), the Nano was the best option...
