Yeah, same thing as the 360 smashing.  Stupid and completely unnecessary.  Oh wait, they're advertising a website.  Guess how they're going to make back that money?

Needless desctruction of stuff doesn't really make sense unless it's in a video game.

Anyway, it doesn't make any sense monetarily either.  I mean, he might as well have held a $1000 bill in his hand and lit it on fire.  He'd probably save money that way.

I think he just likes to pee-pee people off without actually attacking them.  Can't say I blame them.  It's one of those "This is what I think of you guys wasting your time on line for a video game system that'll be there in a month."
