you can see the employees at the store have everybody spread out in the parking lot, about 30 feet from the store, behind a 'line drawn in the sand' (so to speak).

then one employee lowers his hand and says 'go!'..  
like he's starting a drag race, or the boston marathon, or something..  
..and IMMEDIATELY the crowd tries to "funnel" towards the entrance and TRAMPLES EACH OTHER in the bottleneck!! LOL!!

it takes about five seconds, and the cameras get exactly what they want

in fact its almost as if the entire scene was staged for the camera..  (and in a way it was)..  
but with the mob is an unwitting participant

and you couldn't have DIRECTED it better if you tried!!  LOL!!



afterwards, they interview some guy who was pushed into a pole at full speed (LOL!) and then got himself trampled in the crowd..
and he acts like he NEVER saw it coming! LOL@!!

p.s: Sony should have given out 'wristbands' like they do at rock concerts.

(people used to get trampled at rock concerts too.  in the 1960's. we've come a long way since then)

I have to agree,why not hold the release of the console for a couple of months to build up supply, instead of just creating a damand and a dangerous situation.
