In multiplayer a very good map to see flares is hm_for2 and ctf_neptune open map with the ~ key and type in /devmap hm_for2 and the map will load.

Its the file name. CTF_for2=Forge2, CTF_neptune=Neptune

my game is'nt patched, are these maps added after a patch or something? .... Besides! i did'nt know we even Had any capture the flag in elite force

Not really.. but coz of my stupid internet connection i don't play multiplayer games.. But where are those maps BTW?
