At Dawson College... My sister works near the place... At least 3 shooters, maybe 4, with automatic weapons... 1 killed by the police 1 killed himself The other one(s) still at large The killers were dressed exactly as the guys from Columbine... No official deaths reported yet, but probably half a dozen or so. At least 4 in critical condition at the hospital... Plus many more injured... Story If you live in Canada, it's on ALL the channels...

That's terrible! Are the shooters still in the building, or did they leave? "At large" gives the impression of "on the loose, running around town". Not to take away from this very serious situation, but I wonder why everyone remembers Columbine and not the other schools that have dealt with this?

probably because of the proficiency of the columbine killers. they knew how to handle their weapons. they seemed to know what they were doing. and they did it with such cold and deadly accuracy that it made them scary to the media.

one report from today in montreal, said that 2 witnesses were running away from one of the shoters, and he was "just meters behind", shooting as he ran.. and he didn't hit them.

just think if this idiot had stopped running long enough to calm down, level his weapon, and take aim. those two witnesses would be dead.

another report said another shooter was holding a bunch of people on the floor in like, a cafeteria or something, and he's yelling at police.. then suddenly he turned and opened fire. and again.. he didn't manage to kill anyone, he just injured a whole lot of people. it could have been a lot worse.

with Columbine, it couldn't have been much worse.

those kids actually knew wtf they were doing. thats what made it so scary afterwards.

News repport it would have been gang wars... like that happened years ago. Also, when you see only those shooting died... Doesn't seam like the same as the PolyTech bloodbath.

one of the injured has died. and there was only one shooter, killed by police. they are looking for a second suspect. (initial reports said up to four shooters, but that turned out to be wrong. it might have just been the one guy)
