I was looking for a saved game at a pre-mission place, where we pick up weapons and have access to the holodeck .. i actually need it to test some graphical performance..

Game? What game? Kidding... How far into the game is the holodeck? I don't remember. Can you just play to that point.. or use some sort of "god" mode?

Like at the point where we are about to board the scanvanger and harvester ships and have independent access to transporter and equipments room.. No particular map is there to load at those point, maps will simply throw at a missionm not any pre-mission level..

Umm... no. Maps are also premission levels. EX: Right after you come back from the borg ship. LOTS of free access. Yes it will eventually end, but that's what I'm assuming you want. Otherwise you might as well buy the expansion pack and load up the tour mode.

I checked out the map you asked me and got access to holodeck but there were'nt any torpedoes launcher to test.. as i wanted to test something through those .. through which map can i gain access to those as well?

If you want access to all weapons, just type "sv_cheats 1" and then "give all" into the console. (without quotes).
