If pluto is no longer a planet, then all of astrology will have to be rewritten.

Yeah, but shouldn't the astrologists have seen that coming?

EDIT:  Seems from the article that Pluto only became a planet in 1930...  Obviously astrology is much older than that.

What I wonder is how do we remember the planet names now?

Maybe the "spirit world" or whatever won't honor the IAU.

In other news "Astrologist Come Up WIth Test to Determine How MUch People Listen To Them (or not)".

Bye Pluto!  You were the coolest little planet ever!  (Get it?  It's really cold there... :;): )

I remember that even when I was a kid (and learned the planets) that my teachers would say that Pluto was really just a large asteroid/iceball and not really a 'planet'.

Went right along with Neptune/Pluto and Pluto/Neptune.

Yeah, that was always weird.  Were always asking "was it 'Nine Pizzas' or 'Perfect Nachos?'"

This is good. If Pluto is considered a planet, there's a whole list of other stuff we have to consider planets.

This way, its simpler. Less stuff for little kids to memorize :p

On a whim, I memorized the NATO (and FAA, and other international organizations) alphanumeric codes...

Does that make me a Delta-Oscar-Romeo-Kilo?
