I dont think I have EVER had to wait so long for anything in my life. I was there for about 5 hours all up.
Anyway that rant is over so time for the accual reason I was there.

For the past week now I have had a headache. Went to my doctors yesturday and he told me to go get an MRI done, which is being done next tuesday, and if my head got any worse to go to the hospital. Well at work today it got worse, so yeah I went to the hospital and after waiting forver I got seen. They could not find anything wrong there. So I have to wait till tuesday now till I get the MRI done to find out if it is anything nasty e.g a brain bleed as the doc tonight said it could be.

Anyway I thought I would share that with you guys.

I hope it turns out you are ok, ER waits usually are 3 hours or more. So it is best not to let it to get to that point, sort out the headaches straight away. Like you say it could get nasty.

Thats really great thing, in the US you usually have to go to a general doctor and then he can recommend a specialist, you can't just get a appointment with the specialist..even if you know him.

No its the people that have insurance that get the real medicine and treatment try going into a hospital without insurance or cash and see what kind of treatment u get.

You mean like HMOs. What you call insurance can cost a lot of money, its out of the reach of some people.

No I mean nothing no hmo no anything
