Talladega was good?  The promos certainly look funny, but I'm not a huge fan of Will Ferrel.

I love caving, kinda wanna see descent, although it looks like one of those movie they made for the sole purpose of haveing lots of blood and gore and having things pop out at you to scare you rather than acctualy make you afraid.

no desire at all to see Talladega.

Is this the flick with Kristen Bell in it?  From Veronica Mars?  She's hot. :cool:

<edit>

No, that's something else.  I stand by what I said though.

It looks funny.

I just saw the Pirates of the Caribbean.  Pretty good, but I don't remember a lot about the first one, so I was a little confused in some places.

Yeah they had some scenes that definetely invoked a sense of claustrophobia  :) I  couldnt imagine going in some of the tight places they went into.

I also saw the second one the other night. I think it went for a little long.

I loved Pirates 2, though I agree it drag a bit around 2/3 in. But it revved up again for the last parts. Looking forward to the 3rd one.

And yes, Talladega Nights was great. Hilarious stuff by Will Farrel, and great performance by Ali G (can't remember his real name) as the french nemesis. On top of the great comedic moments, the racing was really, really well shot in my opinion, and it had a pretty good little soundtrack too it (including a song that I was thrilled to hear, cause it's such an obscure thing to be featured so prominently in a movie).

I'm kind of wanting to see The Descent, just because the commercial I saw said it had more blood and gore than Saw 2 and Hostel, and I saw both of those recently so I'm kind of still in the horror / gore movie mindset. Though I think I'll wait till it comes out on DVD or goes on PPV at this point.
