Its an AC charger that probably has a "resurved spot" in the trunk of the car.

Im sure its a lot like the home charger, only a little more compact.

It does...

What ya mean Fatal?

The way I understood it, the home charger was wired directly into your grid.  Maybe in your garage or something.  While the "mobile" charger plugged into any old AC outlet, making it useable anywhere.

its common to find parking lots around here with power plugs for people to plug in their block heater in the winter.
(otherwise your car won't start @ -20C)

winter is not a canadian exclusive. (we tried to secure 'exclusive rights' but negotiations fell through)  :p
