Since there are not much new maps for Elite Force coming I am currently searching for Q3A maps to convert them to EF (with permission of course). The results are released on http://www.salinga-maps.de.vu/ . Here's a illustration of what maps are converted so far:

No, because you have a converted Q3A standard map (like q3dm17) in your baseef folder or another map which has Q3A standard textures in its pk3.
