Well the title said it all, I have a date tonight. Her and Myself were going to go out last week but she got rather sick, so we decided to do it this weekend instead.

We both decided on a movie (accually it was more her choice as she really wants to see it) So it should be a good night I hope

I can't speak for Gal, but I'd prefer any girl I'm dating to be Christian.  For several reasons, but common sense being one of them.  Relationships have a far better chance of lasting (happily) if both people involved share similar viewpoints on faith, morals, finances, politics, etc.  Many times these perspectives are derived from or linked to religious affiliation.  Not to say that couples with opposing viewpoints can't have a happy relationship, just that the odds are not in their favor.

That, and the Bible says, "Do not be yoked with unbelievers."  (2 Corinthians 6:14)

I never said it was "better", simply that the odds are in favor of a relationship lasting where both people share their faith, for the reasons I listed.

well up to a certain point possibly, i cant see Hitler and Marx beeing happy in a relationship together, but in general i think there is the potential for every pairing to be successfull in a relationship
