Most of the guns in SW were based on WWII era guns, weren't they?  Han's was based on a german pistol, for instance.
And the lightsabers were from period cameras.  Heh.

Anyway, why's it so heavy?  And I hope you sell it.

It's made out of heavy metals, it feels pretty durable...could use it as a club and really hurt someone, lol.

han solos laser pistol is based on the mauser 1896 7.65mm pistol and remember that other weapon the stormtroopers had the heavy laser gun they were trying to set up when the falcon took off from tatooine, well thats based on the german mg42

Yeah, the lightsaber is pretty heavy too.  A lot more than I would have thought.  It adds to the 'realism' though.

I'm not sure about the listing...it seems only 'buy it now' is available.  Did you not mean for this to be an ebay-style auction?  The way you have it now (I think) you are either selling it for $325 or not at all.

That's right, if it doesn't sell though, I'll re-list it as an auction.

My brother-in-law was Star Wars collector.  I'll see if he might interest in that MR stormtrooper blaster.

I had Darth Vader's Force FX lightsaber.  My bro-in-law had all Force FX lightsabers.
