Heh.. no knives eh? That may explain the teeth. Did anyone notice the cleaver on the table? There goes the Chinese take-out industry in the UK... UK police seem to be easily frightened: Quote | HIS five-foot martial arts sword capable of beheading a man was recovered by shocked cops in a house raid.
The terrifying Batleth weapon is identical to one wielded by Klingon aliens in the Star Trek sci-fi films. |

Quote | “Knife crime will only get worse if we don’t introduce a five-year mandatory sentence for anyone carrying a knife.” |
What the? Every construction worker and farm-raised guy I know would be in the clink for 5 years... That's insane. I can see if you commit a crime or threaten someone w/ a knife, but just for carrying one? Hah. EDIT: Seems the limey Brits are allowed to carry knifes under 2", and display larger ones in their home/whatever. This is just taken out of context... Either way, they should remember: "When bat'leths are outlawed, only outlaws and geeks will have bat'leths." |

No, it doesn't. The would have to also criminalize the ownership and use of toothbrushes and tooth paste and automatic prison terms for visting the dentist and death sentences for being a Dentist or being in possession of Dentist tools. No knives = having to chew everything = bad teeth |
Thanks but George has a point. You are forgetting... No Dentists = no teeth = no way to cut and chew food = more illegal knives = more arrests = more prisioners = more folks shipped off to prison colonies like Australia = more Aussies saying things like "You call that a knife? That's not a knife. THIS is a knife" to incoming Brits with quaint English knives designed mainly for buttering scones... It could get ugly. |
