Have you seen the screens of Crysis? Holy... Graphics will only improve until they're feature film-quality. And I don't mean FF quality. I mean the kind of seamless graphics in live action movies.

very good article, although I got lost one the point about the ET game for the atari, didn't that sit on the shelf because the game sucked?

There's still plenty to keep me occupied. I'm currently awaiting Heroes of Might and Magic 5 and Warhammer: Mark of Chaos. And I just recently I played through Shadow of the Colossus, which was absolutly amazing. I've never played anything like it

That and they massively over-estimated demand.

And yes, I have a copy, if anybody is interested. And it did suck.

(and so did the GI JOE game too, a massive disappointment for me)

man...I just actually read the article, and that guy really rubbed me the wrong way. I've heard about this "gaming is dead" stuff before, so it wasn't that. That guy just really ticked me off

ET.. I've got two copies of that game. Yes it sucked. But amazingly it was better than alot of the crap that is out there in my opinion.
