My view on the game was that the creature creation part looks great, but after that, it's basically just sim city. It looks pretty boring from then on, other than maybe blowing up planets.

Actually once you get space travel, I think it'll be more like a MMORG Civilization only you can't actually talk to anyone else.  After all, the other planets will be populated by creatures that others made.  That alone is neat.

That is the one part that sparked my intrest.
So when you look at that not many creatures are going to look the same everything will be different.

Two things:

First, I'm amazed at how absolutely different each city and each creature looks from each other.  I mean, just the sheer variety boggles my mind.

Second, can you make flying creatures?  I know you can make airships and starships, but what about like birds and such?  I'm sure it should be possible to make a mod for that, but it would be good if it were standard.
