0 to 60 mph in 9 sec on a 2 cylinder? Is that with the wind blowing in the direction the car is going? I guess my lawn mower should go 0 to 60 in 4 sec then. Some how I just don't buy it. This car must be made for midgets.

Honda Civic: 1230 kg, 140 hp = 8 kg/hp --> 0-60 mph (about 100 kph) = 7.9 secs Loremo: 470 kg, 50 hp = 9.4 kg/hp --> 0-100kph = 9 secs Not so unreasonable.
