i forgot the command to make an admin i think its something like sys_admin # or something like that can sum 1 help?

Admin functionality is only present in certain mods, like ROCmod or Goldrush. In ROCmod, the command is "addadmin #" and it's usually executed through rcon.

How to "turn on" ROCmod, when I have my own server? Type something to console? I have ROCmod ja Goldrush..

If you're running a dedicated server from the command line, then you add "set fs_game rocmod" to the command line. If you're running a Listen server from within the game, then you go to the mods menu and select ROCmod from the list.
