Is there any way to force a hm game to end by using an entity or worldspawn value?

I don't see why you couldn't do a "console command entity" (if such a thing exists) and have it change the map.

I believe in SP the level changes were either scripted or used an entity unique to SP.  In HM you can only change the map through a server command or through a map rotation.  Ending a HM game is easy, though: shut down the server...

target_score with a count equal to the fraglimit you specify in your ARENA file
