I notist that my uploadspeed is upgraded
Now i have with speedtest.nl  74.5 KByte/sec  (=596 kbps)
                                         77.9 KByte/sec (=623 kbps)
After 10 times speedtesting i have that lower speed (74.5).
But most of time 76.3  77.9 or higher.
Do you know what sv_maxrate i can (must) use,and is it maybe possible to run 10 players on safe settings, or 8 players with maybe the safest settings?

BTW in early quistions/answers on this forum uploadspeed was 57.0 KByte/sec  with 8 players.

Just found out that uploadspeed go up to:
81.6 KByte/sec   (=653 kbps)
