editing the actual misc_bsp files...

is it possible to somehow make also an .ent file for a misc_bsp file? i tryed but it never worked.

It would work, but I think you'd have to add the code to check for it, same as you'd have to add code to check for .ent files to any other map.

for examples from maps.pk3 and instances/generic/building01.bsp... if i want to remove the doors how can i do this server side.

But don't some misc_bsps also contain entity information?  (It's been a long time since I fiddled with the maps or the RMG.)
If they do, it's got to get parsed somewhere.
