Good Day i want to complaint 11 unacceptable things about the Q4-360-XBOX-LIVE-SUPPORT.
Please Read this
EveryBody have the same Probs

1. ALL RANKED and PUBLIC all 1-4 Games  u get an XBOX LIVE ERROR ( millions since release)and u will not be abail to play a xbox live game  Result YOu have to restart ur 360 or u go back in the system menu,
then u can start the game again and play 1 or 2 games until the next error , my xbox s diks drive whont thank me the on and off turning thing all the time
2. ALL RANKED and PUBLIC U cant Find a Game , ull search for ever until u start the search again( can be the errer Prob ,but not have to be )
3. ALL RANKED and PUBLIC U cant connect to a Game
4. ALL RANKED and PUBLIC Game dosent Start and u cant leave the starting screen so u have to change ur Profil to come back in the start screen but know u maybe get an XBOX LIVE ERROR MESSAGE
5. ALL RANKED and PUBLIC Every second Game a Player gets the Host wichs Internet Connectin Bandwith is not high enought to host the Number of PLayers , His Upload is to Low and every body stucks in the map cant Move , and has to wait til the host ends the game or hit the Frag Limit , or Somtimes u lost connection and the game restarts with an other host , and so on
6. ALL RANKED  and PUBLIC Sometimes the game startes with only me as player and i can wait for ever for the second Player ,thats nitr existing
7. ALL RANKED and PUBLIC Or the Game startes and is waiting for an Player that not exists  , maybee it startes after 10 minutes , or if sombody leaves the game or NOT!
8. TDM and CTF Ranked and PUBLIC most games are Unfair because its 1 on 4 or ,2 on 6 or ,5 on 3 PLayer matches
9.Sometimes Retrieving Leaderboards takes Forever or up to 5 Minutes
10. the Waiting for Players Timer is tooooo its 120 secs reduce it on 90 or 60 secsLOng it takes MOre then 3 Minutes to start for Every game But most games are under 5 Minutes finished, Cmon 3 minutes waiting for 5 Minutes Playing
11. NOBODY CARES ABOUT this HUGE PROBLEMS
this game is out for over one Month and i have to restart my console a Hundret Times Because of the XBOX LIVE ERROR Message that appears every few games.

Please Care about this or give it to someone who cares about the XBOX LIVE ONLINE SUPPORT and PERFORMANCE

For some reason everytime I save it is never clear where in the list that save is I have just made is, it never is the last in the list and when i die and it says 'reload from last save' I say accept and it loads and much older save. The dates in the list don't change so I can't work out which save to load from dates or times and the checkpoints which it auto-saves never seem to re-appear in the list when I go back to the load screen?

I've waited years for this game and it is a nightmare to play because of this!

I'm not sure that is necessarily true, I've been very reasonable and well spoken about the XBOX 360 Quake 4 single player framerate and online issues since December - shortly after the game came out - and I've never been granted a response at all from even a PR person from Raven.

I heard rumor that the devkit of the XBoX 360 were actually faster than the retail version...
Which made developper make their game to take more power than what the retail can really handle.

Sadly, it seams to happened on many games that came out on the first batch.
(Eck, I even played a laggy demo...)

However, fixing that kind of problem once the game is out is NO easy task.
You got to dig deep and do a lot of work to repair something like that. Also, think that the staff that WERE on the developpement of the game is gone for most of them on other project. Remain a few people to fix bugs that can come out.
Every company do that. You cannot let people turn in cercle once the game is out. You got to have other project.

So, the only advice I can give : Patience.

That might of happened but it would just be nice if someone from Raven would post and acknowledge the problem. If we knew someone was working on a patch (for sure), then I think a lot of people here wouldn't mind waiting. At least that way we know it's coming instead of just hoping at this point.

My friends, the answer to the problem is simple.  Don't buy anything unless there is a demo...

Never, but never, buy anything that you know you are not going to be satisfied out of the box.

Down the road, this will allow development teams like Raven to release games when they feel the game is done - not when the publisher, Activision, feels the game is done.

There will be some pain, but it is the only answer.

You have been given the facts:  full resources have moved on.

I have somewhat lost interest in finishing the game, although it has some outstanding moments and graphics.  But without a solid multiplayer, I just never keep a game on my hard drive.
