My SOF2 wasn't working after I recently reinstalled it, and I look at my Pk3 files and saw that my Models.PK3 was only half what it was on the CD. I tried to manually transfer it, but it did not work. Can anyone tell me how I could get a non-corrupt version, or fix the one I have?

Well first things first make sure that your discs are clean and scratch free because things like that will cause these issues. If they are clean and scratch free then it's possible the disc/s have damage not visable to the human eye. If your game is new then you can take it back to the shop with proof of purchase and exchange it for a new game or you'll have to buy a new game. Last resort find somone who will send it to you or upload it somewhere for you to d/l.
