Personally, I don't like the 'candy bar' type phone style. Also, has blackberry handled their recent legal troubles?

My sister and brother in law both just got RAZRs. They like them, and they look like pretty cool phones. It seems really wide, but it was the exact same width as her old one (though slightly wider than my Samsung 315 or whatever). And who cares of they're not 'unique.' If you don't have the money to stay 'ahead of the game' like a little wanna be hipster, then you appreciate when technology goes mainstream and down in price.

For those of you with RAZRs, how do you find the battery life? My boss has one, and he says it's not very good with moderate use.
